THE EAST EUROPEAN ACCURACY LEAGUE (EEAL) 2026 GENERAL REGULATIONS
1. REGULATIONS
The East European Accuracy League (EEAL) competitions will be conducted in accordance with FAI rules. These regulations detail and clarify the above general rules for the EEAL professions.
2. COMPETITIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS
2.1
The East European Accuracy League (EEAL) is played in the following competitions:
- team accuracy landing,
- individual accuracy landing.
2.2
The following general classifications will be carried out:
- general team classification;
- common general classification for women, men and juniors.
2.3
The following final classifications will be carried out:
- final team classification;
- individual final classifications;
or
- common final classification for women, men and juniors.
Only those teams / competitors who will take part in at least three competitions during the year will be included in the final classifications.
A necessary condition for awarding medals for the first three places in each final classification is the classification of at least four teams / competitors in this final classification throughout the year.
2.4
The individual general classification will be calculated on the basis of the sum of points awarded for participation in each competition of the cycle.
2.5
The individual final classification will be calculated on the basis of the sum of points awarded for participation in each competition of the cycle. To the sum of points awarded for participation in individual competitions, only five best point results will be counted. If fewer competitions are held during the year, the results from all competitions will be counted.
2.6
For each competition, points will be awarded as follows: the competitor receives 1 point plus the number of points equal to the number of classified competitiors plus the number of points equal to the number of full rounds minus the number of points equal to the number of the taken place.
2.7
To award points for participation in individual competitions of the cycle, one common list of all competitors participating in these competition will be created each time, arranged in accordance with the individual results achieved.
2.8
Competitors with the same number of points in the general classification will be classified on the basis of the higher number of points awarded for a single competition, in which case the competitor with the highest number of points for one of the competitions will be ranked higher.
2.9
The general team classification will be calculated on the basis of the sum of points awarded for the team's participation in each competition of the cycle.
2.10
The final team classification will be calculated on the basis of the sum of points awarded for the team's participation in each competition of the cycle. To the sum of points awarded for participation in individual competitions, only five best point results will be counted. If fewer competitions are held during the year, the results from all competitions will be counted.
2.11
For each competition, points will be awarded to the teams as follows: the team receives 1 point plus the number of points equal to the number of classified teams plus the number of points equal to the number of full rounds minus the number of points equal to the number of the taken place.
2.12
The teams with the same number of points in the general classification will be ranked on the basis of the higher number of points awarded for the individual competition, in which case the team with the highest number of points for one of the competition will be ranked higher.
2.13
The medal in the final team classification is awarded to four competitors of the team occupying one of the first three places, who competed in this team with the highest number of times during the year. In the case of competitors with the same number of starts, the decisive factor is the higher place in the individual classification in a single competition, and then getting more points in a single competition.
3. GENERAL REGULATIONS
3.1
The Chief Judge for the cycle competition must be a judge with FAI Judge qualifications.
3.2
The order of team jumps at the first competition of the year will be the reverse of the order of places taken in the team general classification from the previous year.
3.3
The order of team jumps at subsequent competition during the year will be the reverse of the order of places taken in the team general classification after the previous competition this year.
3.4
The order of jumping of teams not taking part in the competition in the previous year, in the case of the first competition during the year, or not taking part in the previous competition, in the case of subsequent competition during the year, will be determined by drawing lots and these teams will jump first.
3.5
It is recommended to change the order of jumps during the competition, in accordance with inverse of the places occupied. The decision whether the order will be changed and when it will happen is made by the Competition Director together with the Chief Judge.
4. DETAILED COMPETITION REGULATIONS
4.1
The Team Accuracy Landing and Individual Accuracy Landing.
4.1.1
The wind speed.
4.1.1.1
The wind speed must be measured by an anemometer with a minimum height of 6 m. The anemometer must be placed within a radius of approximately 50 m from the landing wheel. The anemometer must be able to read the indications on the display or the printout.
4.1.1.2
The observer judge is obliged to record the anemometer readings from the competitors landing times and the times of exceeding the permissible values.
4.1.2
Team Accuracy Landing.
4.1.2.1
The team must consists of maximum of 4 competitors, the scores of all four competitors will be counted for Team Accuracy Landing.
4.1.2.2
The teams with fewer than 4 people, for organizational reasons, may be combined into mixed teams of 4 people, mixed teams will not be included in the team classification for accuracy landing.
5. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
5.1
Competition program.
5.1.1
Team Accuracy Landing: maximum number of turns 8 (eight), minimum number of turns 4 (four) for the event to be considered played. Jumping into the Team Landing Accuracy classification will also be considered for classification in the Individual Accuracy Landing.
Individual Accuracy Landing: maximum number of turns 8 (eight), minimum number of turns 4 (four) for the event to be considered played.
5.1.2
It is allowed to organize semi-finals and finals according to the organizer’s decision for individual competitions of the series. This will not affect the allocation of points for these competitions to the general classifications.
5.1.3
If, due to weather conditions or technical problems, there is a risk that the maximum number of rounds will not be played, the decision on which round the competition ends must be made before the start of the competition on the last day of the competition, with the participation of the captainsall teams (simple majority of votes). If the captains do not agree to end the competition earlier, the jumps will take place until the time specified in the competition bulletin.
